Complete blood picture:

• Complete blood picture is a blood test to evaluate an individual’s health which can be understood from the blood test results.Through CBP you can identify the disease and any serious conditions such as anemia, cancer can be easily identified through blood test. CBP is a series of tests which concentrates on 3 types of cells which are present in the blood stream.Determining the white blood cells, which are the antibodies and form the defense system that fight infections and any bacteria in the body. The count of WBC can be determined in the blood sample results.The RBC are the blood cells which transport oxygen along the entire body. In a given blood sample, the total count of RBC can be determined. Hemoglobin is the element present in the blood which is the oxygen-carrying protein in the blood. Hematocrit is a test which determines the percentage of an individual’s entire blood volume which consists RBC.

Random blood sugar:

• Random blood sugar test is done to determine the glucose levels in the blood stream. The procedure is done by collecting blood sample and tested. Random blood sugar test helps keep a check of the diabetes levels and the blood test reveal any symptoms of major threat. By doing the random blood sugar test results help us to identify any signs of hyperglycemia for any serious health complications.

Viral Screening:

• Viral screening is done in women to check for any problems within the uterus. It looks for any abnormalities and any complexities that might affect the pregnancy and the foetus inside. By doing viral screening, one can rule out the bacteria and harmful virus which might be harmful.

Screening for Tuberculosis:

• Women diagnosed with Tuberculosis have higher rate of risk for the woman and the baby too. It needs to be treated at the earliest. Women suffering with TB must take precautions to safeguard the pregnancy.There is a risk of babies being born with less weight. There are certain tests for diagnosing TB such as tuberculin test which is safe during pregnancy.The treatment for pregnant women suffering with TB must be started at the earliest and there are certain TB drugs which pass through the placenta and yet are safe on the baby. Some tests include Urine test, Tissue biopsy, Sputum test which must be done by experienced doctors.

Hormonal tests for S. Prolactin and Thyroid function tests

• Serum Prolactin Test Prolactin is a hormone that is produced by the pituitary gland. Prolactin is a hormone required for the synthesis of milk in breast tissue, to produce milk after delivery. This test is done when a woman has abnormal lactation without pregnancy, amenorrhoea, infertility or unexplained prolonged headache. Prolactin levels are used to determine the sexual satisfaction levels in women. However prolactin test can disclose information about any other issues which is caused by prolactin.

Vaginal ultrasound (VOLUSON P8 3D/4D SCAN)

• Vaginal ultrasound is a procedure done using ultrasound transducer to study the female pelvis. During the procedure, the sonographers can identify or look out for any abnormalities in the areas of uterus (womb), cervix, endometrium area, the fallopian tubes, etc. The transducer is inserted into the vagina and the sonographer will examine the pelvic organs inside the vagina. The high-frequency ultrasound waves capture images of good clarity which enables us to look at the minute parts within.

Blood tests for FSH, E2, LH and AMH

• FSH- Follicle-Stimulating Hormone Level Test: Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is an important hormone responsible for the female reproductive system, and impacts the growth of the ovarian follicles. The ovarian follicles are responsible for the production of female hormones namely estrogen and progesterone which maintain the menstrual cycles in women. It is a blood test done during the menstrual cycle. The blood test determines the level of FSH in the blood stream.
• E2: The Estradiol (E2) Blood Test is done to determine the level of estradiol .Which is also called as 17 beta-estrdiol.The Estradiol Test is commonly called as .it is done to check the fertility level in women facing infertility issues.

LH(Luteinizing hormone blood test):

• Luteinizing hormone (LH) is an important hormone present in male and female. It affects the sex organs in male and females. In women it impacts the ovaries, while in men it impacts the testis. LH plays an important role in menstruation and in fertility. The level of Lh in blood determines any issues related to the reproductive organs. LH levels can be checked by doing urine test.

Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) Testing

• It is a hormone that is produced by the ovaries and is strongly correlated with the egg follicle pool. This hormone does not fluctuate month to month like other hormones, and is a strong predictor of ovarian reserve. Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is otherwise called MIS( Mullerian Inhibiting Substance) is produced by ovarian follicles. Women with lower levels of this AMH hormone yield limited number of oocytes (eggs).The levels of AMH can be checked anytime during the menstrual cycle, as it maintains the same levels in the menstrual cycle. The AMH levels can be determined through a blood test.AMH level testing is helpful for younger women who wish to postpone their pregnancy, but check their fertility levels before conceiving. It is done using an ultrasound scan which gives accurate results regarding the fertility.

ENDOMETRIAL BIOPSY:

Endometrial biopsy is a procedure in which a small sample of tissue is collected from the endometrium, the internal lining of the uterus. By examining this sample tissue, it gives information on how cell structure changes with varying hormone levels. Your doctor can diagnose what the condition of the uterus is. The endometrial biopsy also reveals information about the abnormalities & problems within the uterine such as endometritis. It is a small procedure and takes around 10 mins to complete.
