Assessment of the Uterine Cavity
The main advantage of using 3D probe is the coronal view of the uterine cavity to exclude Mullerian anomalies /Deep uterine septum

It’s the most common Mullerian abnormality. If the length of the septum is 1.5cms or more , a resection may benefit patients to conceive
